Invoicing and payment
After submitting this form you will be sent an invoice with the following conditions:
- Cancellations received 2 weeks or more before the event will be entitled to a full refund
- Cancellations received less than 2 weeks before the event will be liable to a 50% charge
- Cancellations received less than 1 week before the event will be liable to a 100% charge
- Substitutes are accepted at any time providing Futurelab is notified in advance.
Your place is not guaranteed until we have received full payment of your registration fees.
VAT is charged at 17.5%.
Futurelab shall not be liable for any failure to fulfil this conference where failure is caused by supervening circumstances including weather, fire, flood, earthquake, travel & transport delays, war, riots, acts of terrorism or events which are without fault and render fulfilment impossible.
