Invoicing and payment
After submitting this form you will be sent an invoice with
the following conditions:
- Cancellations received 6 weeks or more before the event (ie before 11 September) will be entitled to a full refund
- Cancellations received 2-6 weeks before the event (ie between 12 September and 9 October) will be liable to a 50% charge
- Cancellations received less than 2 weeks before the event (after 9 October) will be liable to a 100% charge
Substitutes are accepted at any time providing Futurelab
is notified in advance of the conference.
Your place at the conference is not guaranteed until we
have received full payment of your registration fees.
What is included in the fees:
The cost of the conference includes:
- participation in the event
- lunch and refreshments
All prices exclude VAT @ 17.5%. Accommodation is not included, but a hotel list will be sent to you.
Places for the event are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
